An Outside the Box Approach to Real Estate Development

We've overseen the development and management of millions of dollars worth of real estate assets from Chicago to Peoria, IL and we continue to expand each year. Since The Kim Group’s relaunch in 2015, we’ve overseen the  development of countless projects which add up to millions of dollars in real estate assets and have helped businesses in a variety of industries achieve their investing goals.

We assemble deal structures that allow small businesses to redevelop distressed properties, which they can eventually use as commercial spaces. Recently, we redeveloped a building from 1895 to house a third-generation German bakery and event center. The success of the project led to a ripple effect of $25 million worth of additional development in the surrounding area. The Kim Group is dedicated to both serving clients as well as contributing to the revitalization of the local community.
