The Kim Group is a minority-owned business founded by the husband and wife team, Charles  and Katie Kim.  We originally founded The Kim Group while living in Chicago to manage our own  portfolio of real estate investments. But in 2006, we moved back to Peoria, IL, where we began  offering real estate services to clients. In 2015, Katie left her job at a family construction  company and decided to commit to The Kim Group full time, relaunching The Kim Group, and  expanding the business to include strategic consulting in addition to real estate development. Since then, The Kim Group has been helping businesses achieve their financial goals by leveraging their resources, network, and experience to find out-of-the-box solutions to complex problems.

We are strategic consultants who specialize in development, investing, and property management. We also offer a wide variety of professional services ranging from design to syndication to help fill in any gaps in our clients' business strategies.
